“But the work remained unpaid: after two successful hiding places, the man was detained by employees of the drug control department,” said the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. — The first and last point of discharge of prohibited substances was the village of Stroiteley. In total, during a personal search, 23 doses of methadone and cell phones with information about hiding places were confiscated from the defendant, where they found 5 more packages wrapped in duct tape with similar contents inside. The total weight of the seizure was more than 7 grams.”
In addition, at the attacker’s home, investigators found a paper parcel containing hashish oil with a total weight of more than 2 grams. According to the man, the herbal drug was intended for personal use.
Criminal cases were opened against the suspect under Part 3 of Art. 30, paragraph “d”, part 4, art. 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Attempted illegal sale of narcotic drugs on a large scale” and Part 1 of Art. 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Illegal possession of narcotic drugs.” During the investigation, a preventive measure was chosen for him in the form of detention.
