The newborn disappeared on Sunday, April 27, from the Maternity Section of Bacău County Hospital, was found the same evening, in the home of a 19-year-old in the city. The woman was detained by the police for 24 hours, accused of deprivation of freedom, reports News.ro.
IPJ Bacău announced on Monday that the detention ordinance was issued for 24 hours, on behalf of the 19 -year -old woman who left with a baby from the Bacău Maternity.
“Following the administration of the probation, the 19 -year -old was detained by the police for 24 hours and introduced in the IPJ Bacău arrest. The investigations are continued in a criminal case in terms of committing the offense of freedom illegally,” announces, Monday morning, IPJ Bacău.
Sold for 5,000 lei
The baby's disappearance was announced on Sunday by the hospital's medical staff. The 19-year-old woman entered the medical unit dressed in a white robe and took the child, being surprised by the surveillance cameras.
The same evening, the child was identified by the police at her home. The baby was taken back to the hospital, and the young woman was picked up by the police.
Judicial sources told News.ro that the 19-year-old girl has been understood since January with the Mother of Gemini, then pregnant in five months, to buy one of the boys for the amount of 5,000 lei.
The first data in the investigation show that on April 22, the 19-year-old mother and young woman met at the Bacău train station, where the 33-year-old woman received 3,000 lei from the one who wanted to buy one of the children.
A day later, the woman went to maternity to give birth. On April 27, the 19 -year -old left from the Dumbrava hotel, where she was staying, at the Bacău motherhood, climbed to the neonatology section dressed with robe and pajamas, because this is how the children's mother had advised.
Later, he entered the number 2 salon, where the child was, put the baby in a paper bag and left the hospital through the same place where he had entered. From there he moved to the Dumbrava hotel, where she had been accommodated on April 24, took her personal objects and took a taxi with which she reached her home in the Şerbăneşti neighborhood.
The 19 -year -old told relatives that he then left the hospital after giving birth to a little boy.
