Cristi Bobar, the current president of CSM Reșita and former official at Dinamo, said that he tried to bring Cristi Chivu (45 years old) when he was representing the red-white club.

Cristi Chivu has been coaching at Inter Milan since 2018, when he started coaching the Italians' junior groups.

Before taking this step, the Romanian technician of the moment was wanted by Dinamo and had a discussion with Cristi Bobar. This happened during the period when Ionuț Negoiță was the majority shareholder of the “dogs” (2013-2020).

Cristi Bobar: “I offered Cristi Chivu to come to Dinamo, he said he wanted to go to Italy”

“At Dinamo, as you probably know, I offered Chivu as general manager. He was still in Bucharest and Negoiță mandated me to discuss with him to come as general manager.

I met with him, we talked for a few hours and he said that he wants to go to Italy and start training from the bottom”, said Cristi Bobar, according to iamsport.ro.

Cristi Chivu and Inter Milan are going through a very good moment. The team is in first place in Serie A, with 24 points accumulated in the first 11 stages. The Milanese have recorded 8 wins and 3 defeats.

Inter is also doing very well in the Champions League, where it has maximum points after 4 matches (12) and ranks 3rd, tied with Bayern and Arsenal. A very important match for the interist breath is coming up. The Milan city derby is played on Sunday from 21:45.

At the moment, in my opinion, Inter is the stronger team. Allegri's job is to make his players believe they are better.

It all depends on how Leao presents himself. He is a unique player who can invent things on his own and decide the match, but he can also knock you out.
