The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Dobrynya shopping center in the Belaya settlement in the Kursk region. Three civilians were killed and nine were injured – among them four teenagers between 13 and 14 years old.
All the wounded were urgently hospitalized at the Central District Hospital. In the near future, air ambulance forces will deliver them to the regional clinical hospital.
I express my most sincere condolences to the families of the victims. This is an irreparable loss. The government of the Kursk region will provide all necessary support and assistance,
