The company's net profit in the third quarter of 2025 decreased by approximately 72%. year to year and recorded a decrease of approx. 38.4%. on a quarterly basis.

Revenues amounted to PLN 3,431.4 million and were 1.6 percent higher. lower than the consensus of PLN 3,486.8 million. Revenues decreased by approximately 4.2 percent. y/y and were lower by approx. 4.4%. kdk.

Retail revenues from individual and business customers amounted to PLN 1,850 million in the third quarter compared to PLN 1,817.2 million in the corresponding period of 2024. Wholesale revenues amounted to PLN 786.9 million, revenues from the sale of equipment amounted to PLN 385.9 million, revenues from the sale of energy amounted to PLN 267 million, and other revenues amounted to PLN 141.6 million.

Cyfrowy Polsat reported that the total number of B2C customers to which the company provides services in the contract model was 5,664 thousand at the end of the third quarter of 2025. (-1.4% y/y). It was indicated that the erosion of the base was influenced by, among others, lower popularity of satellite technology, as well as the ongoing process of consolidation of contract customers under one common contract agreement within a household.

At the end of the third quarter, Cyfrowy Polsat recorded an increase in the churn rate among B2C customers in the 12-month period by 0.2 pp, to 7.4%. It was indicated that the low churn rate is primarily the result of the loyalty of customers of combined services.

In the third quarter, the average monthly revenue per contract B2C customer (ARPU) increased to PLN 80.3 (+4% yoy), while in the nine months of 2025 it reached PLN 78.8 (+4.1% yoy). It was stated that this was the result of good sales of mobile telephony and Internet access services in both fixed-line and mobile technologies, as well as effective up-selling of services as part of the multiplay offer.

At the end of the third quarter, Cyfrowy Polsat provided 13,393 thousand services to B2C customers. contract services (RGU), i.e. by 264 thousand (+2%) more than a year ago. The company estimates that this was the result of, among others, introducing a new simplified offer in the second quarter. Additionally, the growth was driven by high sales of Internet access services (+207,000, +10.1% yoy), both in stationary and mobile technologies, and mobile telephony services (+195,000, +3.1% yoy).

The report also indicates that at the same time there is a continuing downward trend in terms of pay TV services, which decreased by 138,000. (-2.9%) y/y, to PLN 4,556 thousand. RGU at the end of the third quarter. As reported, the main reason for the decline remains a smaller number of satellite television services provided, which is partially compensated by the growing number of television services provided via Internet technology (IPTV/OTT).

Moreover, it was indicated that the saturation of the B2C customer base with bundled services, expressed as the ratio of contract services per one B2C customer, increased by 3.5%. y/y to the level of 2.36 at the end of September 2025. It was indicated that this growth was enhanced by the implementation of a new multiplay offer in June 2025.

At the end of the third quarter, the number of customers using the combined services offer amounted to 3,022 thousand, an increase by 41 thousand. (+1.4%) y/y According to the company, this translates into a 53.4% ​​saturation of the contract customer base with combined services. (+1.5 pp yoy). At the end of September 2025, this group of customers used 11,044 thousand. services, i.e. by PLN 1,125 thousand more than a year earlier (+11.3% y/y).

At the end of September, the number of active prepaid services amounted to 2,405 thousand, which means a decrease by 161 thousand. (-6.3% y/y).

It was indicated that the main reason for the decline in the base of prepaid services in the analyzed period was a lower by 195 thousand. (-7.9% y/y) the number of prepaid telecommunications RGUs provided, amounting to 2,285 thousand at the end of the third quarter. services.

It was indicated that this decline results primarily from the high level of competition in this market segment and the migration of customers to contract tariffs.

The number of prepaid pay TV services increased by 34,000, or 39.5%. rdr. The average monthly revenue for the prepaid service increased to PLN 18.4 in the third quarter (+3.4% y/y). During the nine months of 2025, ARPU for the prepaid service remained unchanged y/y and amounted to PLN 17.7.

The total number of B2B contract customers was 67.6 thousand at the end of the third quarter. (-1% y/y). The scale of the B2B customer base served by the company remains relatively stable in the long term. At the same time, the company maintains a high, growing ARPU level of B2B customers, which in the third quarter of 2025 amounted to PLN 1,546 per month (+2.1% yoy), and in the nine months of 2025 to PLN 1,533 per month (+2.5% yoy).

In the third quarter, the average monthly number of users (real users indicator from the Mediapanel study) of websites and Internet applications belonging to the Polsat-Interia Group amounted to 20,530 thousand, which means an increase by 1,112 thousand. (+5.7%) y/y, and in the nine months of 2025 it amounted to 20,850 thousand, by 599 thousand (+3%) more than in the same period of 2024.

The average monthly number of views of websites and internet applications belonging to the Polsat-Interia Group reached 1.99 billion in the third quarter of 2025 (+10.6% yoy) and 1.95 billion in the nine months of 2025 (+5.7% yoy).

At the end of the third quarter, the group had 288.7 MW of installed capacity in wind farms, of which 138.6 MW was in technical commissioning and 82.4 MW of capacity in photovoltaic farms. Additionally, the Group has 105 MW of installed capacity in two biomass units.

In the third quarter of 2025, the Group produced 237.4 GWh of electricity from all renewable energy sources, which meant a decrease of 63.2 GWh (-21%) y/y. As stated, the main reason for the decline was the lower volume of electricity produced from biomass (-98.4 GWh), resulting primarily from the scheduled renovation of one of the biomass boilers.

“Our Group has a high ability to generate cash.
