The regional military administration reported an outbreak of hepatitis A, including seven new cases of the disease among students, due to which The regional commission on technogenic-ecological safety and emergency situations adopted a number of restrictions that will come into effect on November 19 and will last at least 60 days.

The protesters expressed their dissatisfaction with quarantine restrictions. According to law enforcement officials, the protest on the road began at approximately 9 p.m.

The Telegram channel “Zakarpattya 24 | Novyny” reported that protesters set fire to a quarantine checkpoint near Iza.



Several police crews were at the scene to ensure security. They warned about possible traffic jams and advised to avoid the area.
