In Minusinsk, Krasnoyarsk Territory, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations rescued a dog that fell into the Yenisei channel, the department’s press service reported.
The animal came out onto the ice of the reservoir, which had not yet had time to strengthen, and found itself in the water. Eyewitnesses called the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Rescuers pulled the dog ashore.
“Firefighters quickly and harmoniously responded to a call to rescue a drowning dog in our channel, which could not get out on its own. Doggie pitifully, with all his might whined and slowly was leaving under the water at the edge of the ice! – said Tatyana, an eyewitness to the event.

Employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations reminded that it is important to adhere to the rules of behavior on thin ice, and in the event of an incident, call the emergency services: 112.
