
If you want to celebrate your belly without harming your figure, try making tacos at home. This is not only a bright and flavorful dish, but also much healthier than fast food. Fresh vegetables, juicy meat and a crispy basket – the perfect dinner in 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Corn or wheat taco shells – 4 pcs.
Minced beef or turkey – 200 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Red onion – 1/2 pcs.
Iceberg lettuce – 3-4 leaves
Hard cheese – 50 g
Sour cream or natural yogurt – 2 tbsp. spoons
Lemon – 1/2 pcs.
Salt, pepper, paprika – to taste
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon
How to cook:
- Finely chop the onion, tomato into cubes, lettuce into thin strips, and grate the cheese.
- Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with onions until golden brown.
- Finally add a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle the finished minced meat with lemon juice for freshness.
- Lightly dry the taco shells in a dry frying pan to prevent them from getting soggy.
- Mix sour cream with lemon juice to make a light sauce.
- Assemble the tacos: first layer lettuce, then mince, top with tomatoes, cheese and sauce.
- Serve immediately.
When you take your first bite, your neighbors will definitely think that you ordered at a restaurant, but in fact you only spent 20 minutes in the kitchen.
