I’m preparing tacos, and my husband slurps louder than the TV: the crunch is so loud that you can hear it behind the wall.

If you want to celebrate your belly without harming your figure, try making tacos at home. This is not only a bright and flavorful dish, but also much healthier than fast food. Fresh vegetables, juicy meat and a crispy basket – the perfect dinner in 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

Corn or wheat taco shells – 4 pcs.
Minced beef or turkey – 200 g
Tomato – 1 pc.
Red onion – 1/2 pcs.
Iceberg lettuce – 3-4 leaves
Hard cheese – 50 g
Sour cream or natural yogurt – 2 tbsp. spoons
Lemon – 1/2 pcs.
Salt, pepper, paprika – to taste
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp. spoon

How to cook:

  • Finely chop the onion, tomato into cubes, lettuce into thin strips, and grate the cheese.
  • Fry the minced meat in a frying pan with onions until golden brown.
  • Finally add a pinch of paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Sprinkle the finished minced meat with lemon juice for freshness.
  • Lightly dry the taco shells in a dry frying pan to prevent them from getting soggy.
  • Mix sour cream with lemon juice to make a light sauce.
  • Assemble the tacos: first layer lettuce, then mince, top with tomatoes, cheese and sauce.
  • Serve immediately.

When you take your first bite, your neighbors will definitely think that you ordered at a restaurant, but in fact you only spent 20 minutes in the kitchen.

Bon appetit!
