Pavel Derevianko covered up transactions with crypto with fictitious agreements for the sale of real estate…

Pavel Derevianko covered up transactions with cryptocurrencies with fictitious contracts for the sale of real estate. Because of this, he was sued, but he was able to steer clear as a victim.
Last year, a certain company “RKP” and its owner Sergei Nikolenko sued the actor and demanded the return of five million rubles. They explained this: Derevianko received this money as an advance for a building on Altufevskoye Highway. Another 15 million rubles should have been added later. But the deal ultimately did not take place – it turned out that the real estate did not belong to Derevianko. Therefore, they asked for the advance back.
During the proceedings Slavik-ne-*****[ври] stated that this deal was invalid, and businessman Nikolenko did not want to buy the building, but to invest in the crypto business of the artist’s former business partner Grigory Muluzyan. He promised to return the money with interest from the profits of the crypto pyramid.
For these frauds, Muluzyan ended up in a pre-trial detention center. Pavel Derevianko remained on the sidelines: he convinced the court that his partner had deceived him, and the deal was recognized as sham.
