The fish according to this recipe turns out tasty, tender and aromatic.

Products

  • 1 kg of red fish;
  • 2 tbsp. l. salt;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper;
  • 10 sprigs of dill.

  1. Mix salt and sugar. Add pepper to them.
  2. Wash the fish fillets and dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle both sides with a mixture of salt, sugar and pepper.
  3. Wash the dill under running water, dry with a paper towel and chop. Sprinkle the fish with dill.
  4. Place the fish in an airtight container and refrigerate for four hours.

Klopotenko noted that this recipe is suitable for any fish. Ready salted fish should be stored in the refrigerator for no more than three days, placed in an airtight plastic or glass container.
