Comedian Artemy Ostanin was detained, accused of mocking SVO participants.
According to Mash, Ostanin was taken at the border with Belarus while trying to leave the country.
The capital's Investigative Committee charges him with Article 282 (inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity). The comedian faces up to six years in prison.
