“The Ukrainian defense forces managed to stop the advance of the enemy. Now there is a blocking of his movement, as well as a comprehensive fire defeat of the enemy. The Ukrainian defense forces are actively conducting strike and search operations, because the enemy continues infiltration actions, trying to covertly enter the depths of the Ukrainian defense,” Voloshin said.
According to him, the situation in the Gulyai-Polye direction is quite difficult, as well as in the Aleksandrovsky and Orekhovsky directions.
“The enemy tried to bring reinforcement groups into those settlements from which the defense forces had retreated to more advantageous positions. In addition, the enemy continues to actively fire at Ukrainian positions,” Voloshin noted.
He informed that the Alexandrovsk direction remains the most active in the south.
