According to meteorologists, Romania will be crossed by a wave of warm air, temperatures of 20 degrees are expected at the end of this week in the hilly areas of the southern part of the country, in the hilly area of Oltenia and Muntenia, but also in the western part, in Banat, and in Crișana.
“We will feel an increase in these temperatures. If today across the country we expect highs of between 9 and 16 degrees, tomorrow and then over the weekend it is very possible that these values will increase by 2-3 degrees, which matters all the more as the range of temperatures with higher values will be larger and larger. But this episode of temperatures well above normal for the middle of November will not last very long. Next week we are expecting very capricious weather, a weather that will definitely bring a drop in temperatures, especially in the northern half of the country, but we especially expect many episodes with wind intensifications. It is a very fast circulation at the level of the European continent, which will materialize through this changing aspect of the weather”meteorologist Florinela Georgescu told Digi24.
The meteorologist also says that it is expected that for the next four weeks, both the temperature and precipitation regime will be characteristic of the period we are in, which means a gradual decrease in temperatures and, on the other hand, temporary precipitation almost everywhere in the country, especially in the mountainous area. Something that would only be possible towards the end of November, beginning of December.
