Estimates suggest that his accommodation cost Fenerbahçe approximately 36.5 million Turkish liras, or 750,000 euros. Adding up all the expenses made by Fener with the Portuguese technician, it means 25.5 million euros!
Located on the banks of the Bosphorus, the Four Seasons Istanbul has five restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools, a winter garden, gym and spa – a haven fit for a manager of Mourinho's stature.

At Benfica, Jose Mourinho takes only 6 million euros per year
After parting with Fener, Jose Mourinho signed a contract with Benfica valid until 2027, with a termination clause set for next summer and a salary of 6 million euros per year.
Benfica have so far recorded seven wins and four draws under his leadership. They are unbeaten and currently sit third in the Portuguese League with 17 points.
