In Norilsk, a private helicopter pilot was fined for a late flight

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a private helicopter pilot was brought to administrative responsibility for violating the rules for the use of airspace.
The fact of violation of flight safety legislation was revealed by the Norilsk Transport Prosecutor's Office, reports the press service of the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office.
“In August 2025, a resident of the Chelyabinsk region, while performing a private flight, took off the Eurocopter AS-350B3 aircraft from a landing site within the city of Norilsk earlier than the time stipulated in the flight plan and without notifying the relevant air traffic services authority,” the press service of the supervisory agency clarified.
The man was brought to justice under Part 1 of Art. 11.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (violation of rules for the use of airspace) and was fined 100 thousand rubles.
