Deputies propose to establish a fair living wage for the next year – on the level UAH 8,000 instead of UAH 3,209offered by the Government.
Corresponding amendments to the state budget for 2026 registered in the parliament Dmytro Razumkov. For the main social and demographic groups of the population the subsistence minimum will be:
▪️Children under 6 years of age – UAH 7,022 (instead of UAH 2,817 offered by the Government);
▪️Children aged 6 to 18 years – UAH 8,756 (instead of UAH 3,512);
▪️Persons able to work – UAH 8,296 (instead of UAH 3,328);
▪️People who have lost their ability to work – 6468 hryvnias (instead of 2595 hryvnias).
As a result, the amount of the minimum pension will also increase up to UAH 6468
