Dennis Man's colleague exposed himself live on TV, then realized he had said what was forbidden

Dennis Man's colleague, PSV midfielder Joey Veerman (26), is having a very good season, but was not called up by coach Ronald Koeman to the Dutch national team. If previously the player reacted visibly disappointed by his absence from the national team, now he seems to have passed the time. “I'm going to the casino with my friends one night,” he said, later realizing he wasn't allowed to say such a thing on live TV.
Veerman scored his fifth goal of the season in the derby with AZ and also dished out six assists. “That was an old-fashioned Veerman goal,” the PSV midfielder described to ESPN after Sunday night's emphatic 1-5 win. “It was a very good win. Veerman revealed live: “I will go to the casino with my friends”
“We looked at that from last year in the Champions League. Back then we often played one-on-one and kept attacking. Sometimes we were just outplayed. Now, we have an approach like: if things don't go well, we withdraw and from there we start attacking again. That is of course also difficult for the opponent,” Man's team-mate said, analyzing Sunday's game.
Guus Til was man of the match against his former club, scoring a hat-trick. The improvised striker confirms what his colleague said. “This year we learned that we don't always have to just go forward. Sometimes you have to wait for a mistake, as you saw with Joey's goal,” explained Til.
For Veerman, a period of rest now follows. PSV's midfielder was not called up by coach Ronald Koeman to the Dutch national team. “I'm going to play football with the little one. He's two years and one month old. I'm happy with how his technique is developing. It'll be good,” joked Veerman.
Later, he committed it live: “I'm also going to the casino with my former teammates from FC Volendam. I'm going to spend an evening playing in the casino with them. By the way, I'm not allowed to say that on TV, am I?”“, he asked himself, realizing that he shouldn't have said something like that on the job.
PSV scored an impressive 1-5 win against AZ, putting considerable pressure on Feyenoord. The team from Eindhoven currently has a lead of three points and a goal difference of +3. However, it should be noted that the team from Rotterdam still has a game to play against the Go Ahead Eagles.
