The National Bank of Poland publishes data on wages in the third quarter of 2025. Check whether you are in line with the average salary.

The average salary in the national economy in the third quarter of 2025 was PLN 8,000. PLN 771.7 – the Central Statistical Office reported on Friday morning. This means a year-on-year increase of 7.5%. Quarter-on-quarter, remuneration increased by 0.3%.
These are important statistics that are published quarterly. In contrast to the newer and monthly data on average wages in the corporate sector cover a much wider range of employees. We are talking about those working in the national economy, and not only in companies employing at least 10 people.
The Central Statistical Office includes all full-time employees, regardless of the size of the employing company. Therefore, it concerns not only those working in the corporate sector (approximately 6.5 million people work in it, which constitutes only 40 percent of those employed in the Polish economy), but also includes data, for example, from micro-enterprises, where wages are much lower. They also include statistics from non-financial and financial enterprises, including natural persons running a business, as well as public sector entities, member organizations, foundations, associations, economic self-governments, employers' organizations, political parties, trade unions and other social organizations.
