In Krasnoyarsk, tenders have been announced for the construction of a school in the Solnechny microdistrict. The starting price of the contract is 2.2 billion rubles, writes GradVestnik.
The educational institution will be built in the fifth microdistrict on Sokolovskaya Street. The school will be designed for 1,100 students. The project includes four gyms, an assembly hall, a dining room, a medical block with a dental office, a library and modern classrooms. In the adjacent territory there will be sports grounds, a motor park and recreation areas.
As noted by the acting Head of Krasnoyarsk Roman Odintsov, this is the third new school in Solnechny over the past six years. The decision on construction was announced by the regional governor Mikhail Kotyukov during a direct line with residents in September.
Work will begin in February 2026, and the facility should be completed by the end of November 2027. The contractor will be determined based on the results of the bidding, which will end at the end of November.
In the near future, the city also plans to find a contractor for the construction of another school at the intersection of Elena Stasova and Chernyshev streets.
