In Krasnoyarsk, police detained a drunk driver with a child inside (video)

In Krasnoyarsk, a drunken father was taking his child to school and was detained by traffic police regiment officers. This was reported to the State Traffic Inspectorate.

The day before, while on duty to ensure road safety near an educational institution in the Sovetsky district, inspectors from the traffic police regiment prevented a potential tragedy. The attention of the police was drawn to a car whose driver was acting suspiciously. When checking documents and subsequent examination, it turned out that the man drank alcohol.

The results of the medical examination showed the presence of 0.38 mg/l of alcohol in the exhaled air. The police were especially alarmed by the fact that a father was driving in such a state and was carrying his child.

“This endangers not only the life and health of the driver himself, but also the safety of his minor passenger. Such actions are a gross violation of traffic rules and indicate a complete disregard for responsibility,” the traffic police commented on the situation.

An administrative charge was filed against the offender for driving while intoxicated. Now the man faces a fine of 45 thousand rubles, as well as deprivation of the right to drive for up to 2 years.
