Documents have appeared that cast doubt on the version of the reasons for the company's elimination
AGT from the work process at the Odesa Port Plant.
In 2019ā2021, AGT cooperated with OPZ ā supplying gas, starting units, and exporting products. During this period, the plant received from the company more than
UAH 4.5 billionwhich roughly corresponds to the starting price at which the government offered the enterprise for privatization ā
4 billion 488 million 523 thousand UAH.
After the 2021 competition, AGT supplied the OPZ with technical gas at UAH 213 millionfor the plant to continue working. These funds remain unreturned.
In 2022, a new contract was signed between the parties, which the plant later unilaterally terminated. The reasons for this decision were not officially explained.
According to the mass media, the situation around the enterprise may have a political and order basis.
