A social media lover broke her nose while scrolling through her feed at night – she fell asleep with the phone in her hands, and the gadget fell right on her face
A 24-year-old resident of the town of Vidnoe near Moscow went to the hospital complaining of pain in her nose. According to the girl, she fell asleep while scrolling through her social media feed; the smartphone slipped out of her hands and fell on the bridge of her nose.
Doctors diagnosed the patient with a fracture with displaced fragments. They were surgically adjusted during surgery.
The girl has already been discharged. She promised the doctors that she would no longer doomscroll before bed.
