Shocking gesture live: a man from Neamt shot himself in the head during a live broadcast on the Internet
A man was seriously injured after allegedly shooting himself while live on a social network. The police intervened quickly, and the victim, who showed vital signs, was taken to the hospital for medical care.
The shocking incident happened on Monday, November 3 at around 4.30pm. Police officers from the Roman Municipality Police were alerted by a man, who announced that, during a live broadcast on a social media platform, he saw a person who appeared to have shot himself.
Patrols from the Romanian Public Order Office, as well as medical teams, went to the scene urgently.
In the yard of a building in Roman, the police found a 74-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head.
“The man had vital signs and was transported to the hospital for medical attention. The man is listed as a possessor of lethal weapons. His gun permit was revoked, but he was within the legal deadline for submitting them to a licensed gunsmith,” IPJ Neamt sent.

The police are continuing their investigation “the aspect of the commission of the crime of culpable bodily harm”.
