Robert Ilyeș, the coach of Csikszereda, reacted extremely harshly after his team lost 3-0 on the field of Farul Constanța, in stage #15 of the Superliga.

He was extremely disappointed with the performance of his students in the seaside game and described the performance as “the worst performance since the championship started”. Until this game, the Ciucani had an invincibility streak dating back to August.

Robert Ilyeș, a nervous wreck after losing to Farul: “Maybe it's too harsh a word, but that's the truth!”

“No comment! Unfortunately, I can say that it is perhaps our weakest performance since the championship started.

I hardly existed on the field and hardly won any duels. I could list more problems, but I remain of the opinion that I have to congratulate the opposing team.

They were superior to us in every way. We have to accept the situation that it was a cold shower. Let's see now if we can wake up.

Tonight we were miserable! Maybe that's too harsh a word, but that's the truth!

We lacked the aggression needed to win duels. I didn't have the attitude that I expected. Attitude makes the difference in football! Nothing went and worked!

There are times when the opposing team catches a fantastic night. They had attitude, they made combinations at speed, and we had no reaction. The score is a lie. It had to be bigger, of course!”, said Robert Ilyeș, according to digisport.ro.

Csikszereda is currently in 14th place in the Superliga with 13 points accumulated in 15 stages. For Ciucani, there is a trip to Bucharest, where they will play at the National Arena against Dinamo.
