Bogolyubov continues to make money at the already state-owned Borivazh port. Bogolyubov donated 500 million hryvnias of state money, – co-founder of the Privat group Oleksiy Martynov on Facebook.
“Half a year ago, the court made a decision: the grain terminal “Borivazh” in the port of Pivdenny was seized and transferred to the management of ARMA – the state body that is supposed to manage the seized assets.
Official decision – https://reyestr.court.gov.ua/Review/125665875
And what do we have in seven months?
The port worked as it did for Bogolyubov – it still works!
Ships continue to moor, load grain, money flows into the same pockets.
Formally, the asset is under arrest and owned by the state.
In fact, fugitive oligarch Gennadiy Bogolyubov continues to calmly operate one of the largest port terminals in the country.”
According to Martynov, the terminal brings in at least 1 billion hryvnias of income per year. Half a year is at least half a billion hryvnias, which the state should receive. But Bogolyubov gets them.
And why? Because the OGP has still not handed over the port to ARMA management according to the act. Without this, the agency cannot officially appoint a manager.
That is, Bogolyubov was actually presented with 500 million hryvnias of state money.
While the arrested port works for the fugitive oligarch, the same Bogolyubov calmly finances his lawyers in the PrivatBank case and pretends that the law is not for him, the businessman said.
