The instrumented files concern economic-financial and other crimes, including: smuggling, tax evasion, embezzlement, fraud, counterfeiting, theft, threat, harassment, misleading judicial bodies, non-compliance with the weapons and ammunition regime, illegal use of weapons, poaching, qualified smuggling and forestry crimes.

Operation JUPITER “reflects the firm determination of state institutions to act unitedly and efficiently against all forms of crime”, say the prosecutors.
