

Elka presented the updated version of “Provence” at the Golden Gramophone award ceremony in the capital of the aggressor country, Russia.
Previously, one of the lines of the song sounded like this: “Tomorrow at 7.22 I will be sitting in Boryspil.” Now the traitor to Ukraine, keeping silent about her position in the Russian war against Ukraine, sings: “Tomorrow at 7.22 I will fly to you.”
Context
Elka's real name is Elizaveta Ivantsiv. She was born on July 2, 1982 in Uzhgorod. The performer began her musical career as a member of the Uzhgorod group B&B. In 2004, she signed a contract with Vlad Valov and released her debut album, City of Deception.
From 2010 to 2012, Elka was a judge on the Ukrainian show “X-Factor” on the STB channel.
Elka said in 2017 that she considers Moscow her home. She did not comment on the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
