Electronic cigarettes have been banned in Kyrgyzstan

The president of the country signed a law according to which, from July 1, 2025, the import, sale and smoking of vapes is prohibited. For smoking electronic cigarettes, a fine for individuals is 10 thousand soms ($115), for legal entities – 60 thousand ($690).
Vape sellers face a penalty of 20 thousand soms ($230), legal entities – 65 thousand soms ($750). If someone wants to bring electronic devices into the country, they will have to undergo correctional labor or pay up to a $1,380 fine. And if you are caught importing a large shipment, you can go to jail for a period of one to two years.
