Sinsay is recalling products due to failure to meet quality standards

Sinsay withdraws two products from the fall collection and informs customers about the possibility of returning them. The decision was made on October 28, and the reason given was “failure to meet the brand's quality standards.” Sinsay, which already has over 580 stores in Poland, assures that customer safety and satisfaction remain its priority.
“We ask you to stop using these products and follow the returns procedure,” the chain appealed in its statement.
Two fall decorations are flying off the shelves:
— 789CK-22X Pumpkin-shaped standing decoration, orange
— 896BY-22X Standing decoration, orange
Sinsay. How to return products?
Customers who purchased these items have two return options:
— Purchase in a stationary store — products can be returned at any Sinsay point. If you do not have proof of purchase, the staff will ask you to complete the appropriate form.
— Online purchase — items can be returned both in the stationary store and via the online platform by logging in to your customer account.
“We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the situation,” the brand emphasized in a statement.

This is not the first time the chain has withdrawn products from sale. The brand issued a similar announcement in March. Then the list included, among others: cosmetics and toys for children.

Sinsay is a Polish clothing brand that has 580 stores in our country and employs over 21.5 thousand. people. The brand is also present on foreign markets: it has stationary stores in 23 countries. Sinsay was established in 2013 and belongs to the LPP company, which owns brands such as Reserved, House and Cropp.
