Residents of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky had to play billiards with cars on the roads
Utility workers did not have time to sprinkle sand on some of the streets, and as a result, dozens of cars collided, unable to slow down on the slopes.
In the area of the “fourth kilometer” the situation is especially difficult, local residents report – about 10 cars and a couple of buses collided there this morning.
Pedestrians and drivers tried in vain to manually prevent further accidents.
