Real estate market under pressure. Poles are afraid of price increases

In the third quarter of 2025, over 53 percent Poles expected a further increase in housing prices – by 3 percentage points. more than a quarter earlier. People aged 18-34 are the most pessimistic (62%), while people aged 35-55 are more optimistic.

Property owners (56%) and long-term tenants (55%) most often expect price increases. Among people planning to buy, this percentage drops to 49 percent, and among active buyers – to 48 percent.
