The attacker was driving a car and fled the crime scene. The “Interception” plan has been announced in the region. Wanted: black car and bearded driver.
According to Baza, two men I knew – Sokolovsky and Kutuzov – cut off a black SUV when they were overtaking. The driver of the black car caught up with them, a conflict ensued, which escalated into a fight, and a man with a beard opened fire with a pistol. Kutuzov died on the spot, Sokolovsky is now in the hospital, undergoing surgery.
UPD: The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case into the murder.
UPD2: An interception plan has been announced in the region and roadblocks have been set up.
