The Liberals chose their candidate for the Capital City Hall, after a tense meeting

The current mayor of Sector 6, Ciprian Ciucu, is officially the candidate of the National Liberal Party in the race for the Capital City Hall. The elections will take place on December 7.

The PNL meeting for the nomination of the candidate for the Capital City Hall took place on Sunday. Ciprian Ciucu was elected the party's candidate for the Capital City Hall, after a tense meeting.
According to Mediafax sources, after counting the votes, Ciprian Ciucu obtained 11 votes, Stelian Bujduveanu (current interim mayor) – 4, and 4 votes were cancelled.
The meeting was attended by important names from the party: Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, Minister of the Interior Cătălin Predoiu, MEP Dan Motreanu, President of PNL Bucharest Sebastian Burduja, Interim Mayor of the Capital, Stelian Bujduveanu, Mayor of Sector 1, George Tuță, presidents of sector organizations, parliamentarians from Bucharest.
The elections for the Capital City Hall will take place on December 7.
