
Many housewives think that you have to tinker with jam for a very long time: wash it, cook it, roll the jars. But in fact, this is not necessary at all; it can be prepared in 15 minutes. Yulia Vysotskaya told how to make jam in the microwave in her blog “Eating at Home with Yulia Vysotskaya” (12+) on the Zen platform (12+).
Ingredients:
- Apples – 4 pieces
- Lingonberry – 150 mg
- Sugar – 500 grams
How to cook:
Thaw the lingonberries, wash the apples and cut them smaller. Add fruits and berries to a plastic bowl and add sugar.
Important: do not use metal utensils, as everything will be cooked in the microwave.
Set the power to medium and run the time for 15 minutes. Check the jam periodically, you can stir it a couple of times.
After the delicacy has cooled, you can spread it on pancakes, cheesecakes, or simply on bread – and enjoy it with tea. Bon appetit.
