A car in Balashikha was blown up using an IED – it was placed inside, next to the gas equipment, and activated remotely as the victim left the entrance.
According to local residents, a soldier died. The previous owner of Volkswagen, 35-year-old Margarita V., sold an old car made in 2000 to a visitor from Azerbaijan back in January.
