Ignat, suspected of the murder of Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik, was brought to the site of the explosion in Balashikha for investigative actions.
According to the department, he purchased and mined a car that exploded on April 25. He bought a used Volkswagen, equipped it with an IED and parked it next to the general’s house in Balashikha. Kuzin tracked his victim for six months: he studied the route, schedule and habits.
