Step-by-step guide for those who want to join CSO “A”:

  • Questionnaire. you need to fill out the form and select your specialization;
  • Interview. Meeting with recruiters during which you need to talk about your motivation, experience and skills;
  • Selection. It is necessary to undergo a medical commission and professional psychological testing;
  • Final score. After successfully completing all stages – enrollment in the unit to begin training.

How does preparation and training take place?

The basic course lasts a month, after which special training in the chosen area takes place (up to six months). Study and internship abroad are provided, as well as mentoring from experienced fighters. They are allowed to perform combat missions only after full readiness.

Terms of service:

  • Career. Unit commanders started from scratch;
  • Equipment. Modern ammunition and technologies that meet international standards;
  • Finance. Salary – from 40 thousand UAH, additional payments – up to 100 thousand UAH per month, as well as bonuses;
