The priest and representatives of the Public Police Council conducted a routine inspection of the temporary detention center. They assessed the conditions of detention of the detainees, the diocese reported.
The staff cleric of the Cathedral of the Archangel Michael, Priest Sergius Korolev, visited the prayer room of the isolation ward and donated spiritual literature.
Members of the commission also inspected the cameras, the medical office and the catering unit, checked the serviceability of the video surveillance system and the maintenance of documentation.
Particular attention was paid to conversations with detainees, but no complaints were received from them.
Based on the results of the inspection, social activists gave a positive assessment of the conditions of detention in the detention center.
