An entrepreneur from Nyagan will pay compensation to the Soyuzmultfilm film studio for selling children's T-shirts with the image of Cheburashka without the permission of the copyright holder.
The local city court fully satisfied the film studio's claim and collected 50 thousand rubles in compensation from the entrepreneur. Additionally, the violator is obliged to reimburse legal costs, including the cost of the seized goods, postage and state fees, writes Yamal 1.
Previously Soyuzmultfilm sued a businesswoman from the Krasnoyarsk Territory for a toy with a wolf from the animated film “Once Upon a Time There Was a Dog.”
