Adrian Mititelu, the owner of FCU Craiova, heard that Dani Coman, the president of FC Argeș, wants to run for the head of the LPF, and he reacted harshly.

In 2027, there will be new elections for the position of president of the Professional Football League, held by Gino Iorgulescu, and Dani Coman announced at GSP that he wants to run.

Adrian Mititelu took Dani Coman: “What have you led me, boy, until now, to run for office?!”

Adrian Mititelu questioned Coman's achievements so far in the position of president and believes that his CV does not recommend him in any case.

“I'd abolish the League in its current form, it's the biggest drain of money! Well, I hear Dani Coman wants to run. What have you led me, boy, to run so far?! What has led, sir?”

Did he run a club on the money of the mayor's office? How nice it is on the city hall's money. He has no business there, sir! A president in the League is 0, he is just a pawn”, said Adrian Mititelu, according to iamsport.ro.

I've always set big goals in life, whether it was in sports or other things I've done. I want to run for the Professional Football League, but at the same time, and every time I said it, the elections will be in 2 years, we have to respect the current president. I don't want to discuss anything about what's going on there, because it's not normal.

It would not be fair to Mr. Gino Iorgulescu and to the people under his command. And there are good, capable people in the League. What will it be in 2 years? We will see! Things change from day to day. We cannot predict what will happen. If I am 100% convinced that I have a chance to win, if I am 100% convinced that I can add something to football, yes, I will probably apply!
