To fill empty budget coffers burdened by deficits, the Russian authorities want to impose additional fees on their citizens. They intend to reach into the pockets of everyone – both the working and the unemployed. According to Novaya Gazeta's calculations, theoretically they can squeeze a large sum out of them – up to 1 trillion 6 billion rubles [74 mld 110 mln zł]. Of course, provided that after the introduction of such measures, even those who currently pay contributions do not disappear into the gray zone.
