Garages will be purchased in the Zheleznodorozhny district for the construction of a viaduct over the tracks

In the Zheleznodorozhny district of Krasnoyarsk, they are preparing to buy out 30 garages that are currently preventing the construction of a viaduct over the tracks from starting, the mayor’s office reported.

The corresponding order on the seizure of land was published on the administration website. It is planned to buy 20 garages located on the side of Krasnomoskovskaya Street from the owners, and 10 more — from the Dorozhnaya side.

27 owners have already received notifications; rights to three boxes have not been registered. In the near future, the Capital Construction Department will begin work on assessing each garage.

“This process is sometimes not quick, since owners have the right to disagree with the result of the assessment and can go to court. One process, on average, lasts a year and a half. Therefore, we are starting this work now, when the design is not completed,” — said Deputy Head of the Capital Construction Department Sergei Shadrin.

Let us remind you that it is planned to build an overground pedestrian crossing in this area. Now design documentation for the facility is being developed, its external appearance has already been approved. The crossing should ensure pedestrian accessibility and safety, especially for schoolchildren, since there is a school nearby on the street. March 8.
