Russian judges are resigning due to low salaries, burnout and lack of time for personal lifeThis was announced by the General Director of the Judicial Department at the Supreme Court Ivanov.
Judges often retire early after reaching 20 years of service. Over the past year, there has been an increase in cases of judges retiring before reaching the minimum length of service and assigning monthly life allowance.
Ivanov proposed developing measures to keep judges in their jobs: increasing salaries, distributing workloads, comfortable working conditions, social guarantees.
