An explosion in a Moscow high-rise building on General Tyulenev in the Teply Stan district in Moscow. Chronicle of events:
— At about 21:00, an explosion occurred, preliminary, of gas, in an apartment on the 9th floor of a building on General Tyulenev Street, 39. The entrance structures partially collapsed, the roof collapsed over two apartments, and people were trapped.
“The explosion was so strong that the sounds were heard by residents of neighboring houses.
— Two people died, five were injured, including two children.
— Rescuers evacuated the 11th and 13th entrances of the burning house, and prepared a temporary accommodation center for people at the nearest school — No. 1532.
— The fire covered 100 square meters, the area of the collapse was 60 square meters.
— The gas service is working near the building, the gas in the burning entrance has been turned off, rescuers are cutting the gas pipe.
— The open fire has been extinguished, about a dozen fire engines are on the scene.
— A criminal case has been initiated based on the incident. SK: in the near future, a number of examinations, including fire-technical examinations, will be appointed to establish the cause of the fire.
— Rescuers with flashlights are inspecting destroyed apartments.
