At least three people were injured in the explosion on Tyulenev Street in Moscow. About 11 residents are trapped, and ceilings in the building have collapsed. There are a lot of people at the entrance – they are asking for help.
Two apartments are on fire on the 9th floor, the fire has been assigned an increased rank. 10 ambulances are heading to the house.
