Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski announces that he has discussed on Sunday, for the last two days, with the US President Donald Trump, about the consolidation of Ukraine's air defense, but also of the long -range capabilities that Kiev can have.
“I just talked to the US president-for the second time in two days-and today's conversation was also very productive,” Zelenski says in a social networks.
The conversation occurs just one day after Saturday, which Zelenski described as “positive and productive.”
“Yesterday, we agreed on a series of topics to discuss today and addressed all the aspects of the situation: the defense of life in our country, the consolidation of our capabilities – in the field of air defense, resilience and long -range capabilities. At the same time, we have discussed many details related to the energy sector.
We agreed to continue the dialogue, and our teams make the necessary preparations. Thank you! ”, Zelenski wrote in the announcement made on Sunday.
