“We are working to ensure stability for Ukrainians this winter; we have new challenges, given the intensification of Russian attacks on the energy sector. The goal is to get through the heating season, despite all the challenges of martial law. To provide people with light, heat and predictable tariffs,” the head of the Cabinet of Ministers wrote.
According to Sviridenko, for this purpose, the fixed price for natural gas for the population and budgetary institutions remains unchanged until March 31, 2026.
In particular, the Cabinet of Ministers extended the imposition of special responsibilities on natural gas market entities: for the population – UAH 7,420 per 1 thousand m3 (with VAT), for budgetary institutions – 16,390 UAH per 1 thousand m3 (including VAT).
“This will allow us to maintain stable tariffs for people throughout the heating season,” Sviridenko emphasized.
