According to Mash, Blinovskaya’s father Oleg Ostanin entered into a gift agreement in 2020. The grandchildren were to receive a share of an apartment with an area of 152 square meters on Serpukhovsky Val in the Donskoy Olympus residential complex. Approximate cost: 136 million. Now the property manager is asking the court to invalidate the agreement.
In addition, Ostanin owns one premises in the Khimki region, one in the Yaroslavl region, eleven in Moscow and two parking spaces. The manager asks to deprive him of all this wealth, because it could have been bought with money from marathons.
