Two 14 -year -old teenagers from Satu Mare County were sanctioned by police after leaving a laser beam to the cabin of a plane landing at Maramures International Airport, the County Police Inspectorate (IPJ) Maramureş announced on Tuesday.

The investigations were carried out by the police officers of the County Transport Police Office, in collaboration with the police officers of the School Safety – IPJ Satu Mare, after, during September, the aircraft pilot noted “A laser attack” In the cabin, the source of the light beam coming from the ground.

“From the first information obtained by the police officers of the County Police Office Maramureş, it turned out that the laser attack could have come from Satu Mare county. Following the collaboration with the police officers of the School Safety Bureau – IPJ Satu Mare, two minors were identified, both 14 years old, from Crucor commune.
