The value of the cost of a square meter, which operates throughout the country, will decrease from 109,002 rubles to 107,611 rubles per meter. It is revised only twice a year.
The average market cost of a square meter, which is calculated for each region once a quarter, will also decrease in most regions. At the same time, the change in prices in different parts of the country will not be uniform: for example, in the Oryol region, a fall is expected from 80 thousand to 67 thousand rubles, and in Moscow the “square” will be cheaper by only 4 thousand, from 178 to 174 thousand rubles.
In St. Petersburg, the price will remain the same, and in the Leningrad Region, a meter will even rise in price by 600 rubles.
